I’ve read way less books than I wanted this year, which makes me a bit sad. Life has gotten a bit in the way of my reading and though I’ve had a very busy and fun year, I miss the many hours spent on the couch with a book. But the books I did read were all very, very good. To celebrate the release of ‘The Lady’ today, I had a chat with the author K.V. Johansen about the previous two books in this world, ‘Blackdog’ and ‘The Leopard’ and much more. About the author K. V. Johansen was born in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, where she developed her lifelong fascination with fantasy literature after reading The Lord of the Rings at the age of eight.
